Rocky Mountain ATV/MC Customer Service Representatives are responsible for creating an outstanding experience at every interaction for both new and existing customers. This role uses superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction to provide exceptional support for customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment. Customer Service Representative job duties are as follows:
Answer calls and respond to emails / Handle customer inquiries both phone and by email
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter new customer information into system / Update existing customer information
Process customers' orders
Identify and escalate priority issues / Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Capable of building customer loyalty through listening, relationship building, and professional and persuasive communication skills
Able to influence, creative problem solve, and find customized solutions
Flexible and adapt to change well
Able to navigate various computer applications, retrieving relevant information to respond to and service customer inquiries
Able to efficiently multitask
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
