Job Description
The Video Editor will work with our other editors along with our Product Spokesperson as a team to create quality videos for use on our YouTube channel along with various other platforms. Must have a strong editing background and have the ability to edit a variety of videos styles.

Responsibilities
We re looking for a talented Video Editor who can organize and assemble recorded clips into a quality, finished product primarily for YouTube.
Responsibilities include:
-Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
-Grasp production team s needs and specifications
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes value and contribution to continuity
-Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
-Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry s best practices to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
-Proven working experience in video editing. (Demo Reel/ Portfolio Required)
-Solid foundation with editing software programs (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
-Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
-Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
-Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
-Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.
-Being actively involved in our industry is a big plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
