Director of Photography

Director will oversee all photography assets management and production
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Director will oversee a team of photographers/asset managers to make sure images are processed and tagged to products in our catalog inventory in a timely manner. This will include:
Overseeing and managing a dynamic missing image list to make sure images are tagged to our internal software in a timely manner
Coordinating image production with outside, third-party vendors
Overseeing and managing vendor images
Overseeing internal brand image production that includes, coordinating photoshoots with our brands department
Assisting Catalog Art Director during tight-deadline situations to ensure all images are processed
Team management: Guide a team of photographers, evaluate and measure work-flows and build upon and enhance procedures
Job Requirements:
Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficiently.
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.
Ability to manage multiple photographer division personnel to achieve results
Photoshop and photography experience is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
