Receiving Supervisor

Assisting manager with day to day events
Filling in for the manager and/or assistant manager when they are out of the office
Monitors productivity of receiving employees and generates reports
Basic supervision of employees
Studies and standarizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates
Maintain harmony among workers and resolves grievances
Understand and support operations, policies, and procedures

Education and/or experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word and Excel
2 years warehouse experience
Language skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, and other employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standarized situations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
