Occupational Therapist Assistant, Full Time, Payson, UT
We are thrilled to announce a full time Occupational Therapist Assistant position in beautiful Payson, UT. We are offering our COTA a $3000 signing bonus. We are a looking for an Occupational Therapist Assistant to work at our SNF and help our patients meet all of their treatment goals. We're excited to offer our therapists an opportunity to deliver patient centered care. We empower therapists to decide what their patients need, and allow enough time in their day to deliver. There are no 15 minute encounters, we do not schedule at 125% production, and we encourage our therapists to spend the time to ensure each patient receives the care they require.
Our Occupational Therapist Assistant will be responsible for the following:
Assessing the patient's physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
Giving advice and providing support for family members and caregivers
Helping patients to take part in everyday activities based on their unique circumstances
Assisting patients' exercise for pain relief
Reviewing the patient's progress and adapting the treatment accordingly
