Experience:
Experience in an IT Service Desk position or related education Summary Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
Respond to phone calls, text, email, and personnel requests for technical support.
Document, track, and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
Be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Responsibilities Manage and maintain day-to-day end user device support such as laptops, desktops, printers, iPads, etc.
Carry out help desk support.
Set up new computers with basic software needs.
Collaborate with other team members regarding troubleshooting, analyzing problems and researching solutions as needed.
Installing and maintaining Windows 11 Network support and troubleshooting.
Be available 24/7 by phone, text, and email.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes Must be an able troubleshooter.
Unifi networks Willing to help on projects that may seem out of scope for help desk.
Basic computer maintenance, patching, firmware, etc.
Google Workplace VMWare and server virtualization Microsoft 365 Windows Active Directory Willingness to keep the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
Ability to manage time, prioritize projects and multi-task effectively.
Must be able to use a ladder, carry at least 50 pounds, and pull wire.
