We are a looking for a Speech Language Pathologist to work at our SNF and help our patients meet all of their treatment goals.

There are no 15 minute encounters, we do not schedule at 125% production, and we encourage our therapists to spend the time to ensure each patient receives the care they require.
Our Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for the following:
Evaluating levels of swallowing, speech and language difficulty Identifying treatment options Creating and carrying out individualized treatment plans addressing specific functional needs Teaching patients how to make sounds while improving their voices and maintaining fluency Helping individuals improve sentence structure and vocabulary used in written and oral language Working with adults and children in developing and strengthening muscles used to swallow Counseling individuals and families on ways to cope with swallowing and communication disordersWe offer our Speech Language Pathologist generous compensation, a great team environment, and endless career potential.
