We are looking for a kind, dedicated, and client-centered receptionist who has availability to work both daytime and evening hours, though we may be able to extend some flexibility.
Responsibilities of the position include:
answering phone, greeting clients, signing clients in for therapy appointments, filing, scanning, faxing, scheduling, etc.
Applicants should have good communication skills; be able to multi-task; and be pro-active.
Experience with computers and customer service is required.
Applicants should be 19 years of age to apply.
