00 SUMMARY Kilgore, a Summit Materials company is looking for a Leadman/ Leadperson to support our Aggregates division.
This position is response for providing leadership and direction to multiple hourly teammates engaged in safe, daily plant operations.

Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately Responsible for maintaining quality of all products Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license is required.
MSHA certification preferred 1-2 years previous quarry/mining experience preferred Experience leading a team Plant/Preventative maintenance safety preferred Job Type:
